Its a big deal, id say Resorts World will be a place I'm going to look forward to seeing, and going to the first time now.
Yeah he said it looked like an awesome place, just the actual name of the property is kind of boring and generic and the actual logo and signage didn’t seem appropriate for such a high end property. I guess it’s some Hilton enterprise and he said there is a Hilton logo on it but he said he couldn’t even see what the first word of the building was until he got right on top of it. Just struck him as weird.
I mean you have Aria, The Venetian, Wynn, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, all those names have a certain high end sound to them. Resorts World sounds like something Bob Stupak would have opened in 1975.
Doesn’t matter.
Maybe they did a focus group and it translates beautifully in Mandarin and Cantonese and the Chinese love the name. I doubt it will matter to the bottom line if the property is awesome.
