sonatine, you already know this stuff but a lot of people don't. Walking down Market Street as a teenager I would usually get hit on about once per block. The queers used lines like "Hey, jump in my car and take a hit of this shit." Or, "You have movie star looks. I can get you in the movies. Let's go to my car and talk about it." The queers also haunted Greyhound Bus Stations looking for boys. Instead of "getting some ass" some of them got their asses kicked. I was a street fighting kid and didn't take shit off anyone, especially queers. But not all kids could protect themselves like I could. It wasn't just me. It was all my friends at school. It was a real problem in San Francisco because of the huge gay population. It made a lot of families like mine move out of town.
