I do not know and sure you dont know either. What is your source, did you actually ask the chief yourself or just hear that rumor? I'm guessing youre going by hearsay. And just because some random chief says something, doesnt mean anything, he's not the law, SOPs, guidelines or the new state training manual. Maybe the chief is now woke, who knows.
