Not sure what the point of saying mostly peaceful is or how that’s judged but at the Capitol there were hundreds of thousands of peaceful people.
You're wrong.

George Flloyd was killed on May 25th

Biden on May 29th:
People have a right to be, in fact, angry and frustrated. And more violence, hurting more people, isn’t going to answer the question.

May 31:
Protesting such brutality is right and necessary. It’s an utterly American response. But burning down communities and needless destruction is not. Violence that endangers lives is not. Violence that guts and shutters businesses that serve the community is not.
The act of protesting should never be allowed to overshadow the reason we protest. It should not drive people away from the just cause that protest is meant to advance.

June 2:
There is no place for violence, no place for looting or destroying property or burning churches or destroying businesses.
We need to distinguish between legitimate peaceful protest and opportunistic violent destruction.
Na, you’re wrong. He may have initially said a couple things but then he shut the fuck up for months as the rioting continued. Joe Biden won the Dem nomination on June 6th then got real quiet about the rioting, probably didn’t want to piss off his far left and get canceled, a valid concern.

Then during the DNC the Dems avoided talking about the rioting and it showed up in polling so CNN told Biden he had to address it.

That segment was on 8/25/2020, notice Lemon even calls it rioting for the first time. I was actually watching live and about shit my pants, even posted about it in the Kenosha thread.

And then like magic, he releases a statement on ending the violence the very next day.

From that day on he was far more active about condemning violence. It was political, all about the polls.
Give me a break dude. He won the nomination on Super Tuesday in March, nothing changed politically when he formally accepted it in June.

"Dems didn’t condemn the summer riots until polls came out showing the American people were sick of them." is a false statement. Period.
