According to CNN, this figure is incorrect and said specifically that she was wrong and there are only 300k+ votes out there. This would make things a bit more difficult for Biden. To overcome a 114k deficit with only say 350k votes outstanding is a tough haul. It can be done, but I'm getting an increasingly uncomfortable feeling about PA.
