PA holding strong for Biden for the time being and at some books starting to improve. If this starts to falter we may be looking at 2016 all over again.
I wouldn't read a ton into the movement though. I think it's people just trying to pile money in to the clear winners in the midwest. Less than 2 hours until we start seeing GA/FL returns. These states will count relatively quick. Here's a cheat sheet btw (forget if I already posted this) :
