Well another shitty night to say the least. Words can't describe how bad the past 2 weeks have been for me. 12 of the last 14 days I have been card dead. When I get hands they never hold up. I must have clicked the "roll eyes" smiley 500 times tonight.
Tonight we start play in a ring game. I jump in the only seat available but we have the 2 biggest fish on my right. Win 2 or 3 pots and up a few hundred.
Next few hours go something like this
AA < 9 10 4 bet pot pre
kk <k6 4 bet pot pre
AA < 39 3 bet pot pre j3xj3
KK < 22 4 bet pot pre flop qj10dd I bet he raises, I cr turn which was like a 7d, river 3d , check call 22d HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
If I were to make a very educated guess I would say I have been dealt AA or KK 10 times today and lost 9 times in ring. Prob 7 or 8 large pots.
No sets today in over 2,000 hands in 6 max and ring that I can remember. I have run into quite a few though. Oh actually one set for me and I won a smallish pot
4 flush city too. If they pick up a flush draw on the turn they get there hard. I don't make those like ever the past 2 weeks.
HU - got hit and run @ 5-10 for a couple hundred.
Then guy who hit n run me 10-20 2 times yesterday for $600 hit n runs me for $300 more.
Then 3-6 HU match starts. Convince the guy to go to 5-10. Roll him for 200 have him all in. he comes back and wins 300 off me.
I convince him to go to 10-20 I was in control the whole time but it took 1000 hands to break him for 1k. This was about the only bright spot today.
Now I am playing 10-20 6 max and guy pops in that HNR me. I ask him if he wants more HU. He says yes. We agree to 30 minutes. For 19 minutes he trumped 80 % of my showdown hands with many RR and many rivers. Then he claimed his "dinner was in the oven" and it had been 30 minutes and he would be back in 4 hours
Don't really care about getting hit and run. Those work out long term as does poker in general for me. Hands are not holding up one bit though and I have been running TERRIBLE HU. More often than not if I hit a decent size BB downer in 6 max and ring then HU will offset that. Not happening right now cause I am losing just about every HU match.
Might take tomorrow off. Not sure.

Had good night. Started off @ 20-40 with 2 pretty bad hands
A2 <26 k345and another one like that. Then I made some hands and won about $3300 (most when game went 3 handed) in a row after starting off down $700
Then was about to call it quits and same guy who game was built around earlier joined me and went off for 6-700 and then lost few hundred more when it went 3 handed.
Hopefully this downswing is history and hopefully start to run better overall and finish strong.
