I'm seeing some moderate signs of life from the Trump campaign, but overall it's been an incompetent disaster thus far.
Trump needs to relentlessly hammer the following two points home:
1) Biden is comatose, senile, and being hidden from view as much as possible by the Democrats and his people
2) Biden will not condemn the riots, looting, and other violent social unrest, and refuses to condemn the Defund the Police movement
and possibly soon:
3) The VP pick is far left, out of touch with what American people want, and there's a good chance she will become President given Biden's age and mental decline. (If Kamala Harris is picked, this won't be as strong of a pitch, but they can still try to make it because she is unlikable in some ways.)
They also should start showing Biden's support of the mass protests, and then show the huge spike in COVID-19 cases which began shortly after that. Trump needs to kill the popular belief that the COVID-19 problem in the US is his fault (which, in fact, it really isn't.)

It's impossible to separate the current state of COVID from the inaction of the Trump administration. He absolutely bears responsibility as the leader of the country, and you know this.
