I would like to clarify something.

While sonatine has been respectful regarding the promotion of his site, I see some of his more exuberant users are resorting to spam, so I will more clearly explain my position on this one.

I'm totally fine with sonatine's decision to start that site, and I don't feel I have the monopoly on running sites from the NWP-spawned community.

I also don't mind respectful promotion of the site, whether by sonatine or users who enjoy it. I also don't mind people linking other sites (including their own) if there's a relevant reason to do so.

However, blatant spam-type posts are not allowed, and that's true for any other website.

Furthermore, I especially don't allow spam posts which attempt to encourage people to register elsewhere as a replacement for PFA. I feel I've been very fair regarding sonatine and the promotion of his site here.

I'm far more lax about the spam policy than just about any other forum out there. Please don't abuse it.
