Thanks shoeshine box for your comments. I agree with what you’re saying . As for the profanity I am going with it because it’s authentic as opposed to the fake smile and disposition of CM. I also enjoy cursing I will admit. If that leaves the door open for people to say I’m the one whose cursing and he is smiling and what not (all fake) they can do that. How is CM able to get your videos taken down but not KD's? You'd think the first person CM would go after is KD and if KD had to file a similar appeal then CM would hypothetically have access to KD's personal info too (which doesn't appear to be the case because CM has no idea who KD is).

I thought the same thing. I think being newer makes me an easier target. I also (not as a brag) think the original video from last night got particularly under his skin. He is used to KD bad mouthing him and I do it differently. I think he had a harder time drowning it out because it’s a new attack dog. He’s trying to put that dog down before it can attack again and YouTube is helping him do so.

The actual clips were all relatively short. I’ve seen many videos use much longer clips in their critiques not just of CM but others. The policy now looks like any challenge I make results in him getting all my personal information in which to proceed with a lawsuit and I am sure he will take it. Seems to be saying the decision has been rendered and there is no fair use appeal without this provision. If I am reading this wrong someone please correct me.

In this day and age where people feel the need to express their emotions so quickly and have the capability of doing so easily. Sometimes you need to write the angry email or in this case the angry post but don’t send it through before further reflection. Let the feelings subside a bit.

David I appreciate the kind words. I did whatever I could so this thread would remain viable after it went through that tough stretch. I am pretty decent at de-escalation considering I’ve never been in a fight in my entire life.

Just a quick correction I don’t idolize anybody. I don’t give a shit if I see a celebrity. I’m trying to think if there is an exception to the rule but there really isn’t. So you got a copyright strike? big deal, it's not the end of the world. Theres ways of handling it & a response video of what I perceived as whining to CM ISN'T one of those ways. The appeal process works, yet you didn't email me back so I could help? Well, you got the personal info to use to appeal, so its on you now. Your videos will be restored within a few weeks after the appeal, provided the wording is correct. I've also tried helping you on how Youtube works. If you dont want it, thats fine.

KD I was not whining or crying in the video. I had already fell asleep. My voice was horse. Go through this thread and I think you will see I control my emotions pretty well I would say. I use emotion on the video to connect with the listeners. I convey vulnerability at times because it’s just a different style. That doesn’t mean I’m emotional in real life. It’s a video and I emphasize emotion to illicit reactions from whoever is watching them. In day to day life I operate even keel with people for the most part. I would say people would say I have a pleasant demeanor.

You are reading way too much into how i speak in my videos and assigning that communication style to how I am in real life. Is there one person in this forum that can say I don’t try to keep things an even keel? Again, you are seeing things that aren’t there. I would welcome your help with YT but constructively. I 100% think you are doing this publicly to knock me down a peg or two in your eyes. I can draw no other conclusion. I would say without a doubt something positive happened ironically through all the dislikes last night. Thanks to those who helped and those who have been educated by KD, this forum or just their own common sense. This is a photo of it now and it really is something to see. This along with his desperate video from last night & with other recent clues shows that a difference has been made. May seem small but in my mind it demonstrates a clear shift. Well done to all!
