I've seen many people make the excuse that Obama got spanked because he was out of debate practice.

It's pretty pathetic that our presidents (same excuse for Bush vs Kerry #1) after four years are out of debate practice. No matter what side of the fence you are on that shows the true problem with our country.

If you are running this country the way a president should, then you would not be out of debate practice after running it for four years. If anything, you should be much more sharp and prepared. No decision made by a president is a simple decision, so if you aren't debating back and forth with both sides before making a decision you are clearly doing something wrong.
