    All I know is the basics that his name is Lester Chen, he definitely works for YouTube as head of the gaming (which refers to esports not gambling) division in the US and he is the guy that poker vloggers or streamers seem to go to when their channel is shut down or suspended after getting a strike.

    I think Brad Own started this tradition as he has over 200K subs and really freaked the f out when his channel was given its second strike at the time I believe.
