One of those 4 votes came from a conservative judge who was just ousted in this past spring elections but still has another month left of term. And, one of the 3 votes came from a conservative judge who went against his own party. So that's the issue, but more of the issue is that the cry babies still don't have a plan for what the governor should do - besides "reopen".

Even though the conservative court continues to stroke the republican legislature it's still up to the counties if they want to have restrictions or not. For example, a red brain-dead county has everything open while a blue county still has restrictions. The stay at home order expires May 26th.
