Neither. I don't bullshit around on the boards azz, and if I had major regrets I would cop to it. I call it as I see it and was simply explaining what happened.
You're a lifetime Seahawks fan who seems to genuinely care about the team and have supported it your entire life. You have tickets to not only one of the most exciting finishes in Seahawks history, but one of the most exciting and controversial games in MNF history. You exit the game from one of the loudest NFL stadiums in existence. A stadium that is so loud that opposing coaches have to factor in crowd noise into their game plans. One that has actually generated measurements on the richter scale it's fans are so loud. You miss out on the chance of not only seeing the play in person, but being able to celebrate with 68,000 other people. Instead you see it on tv in a downtown Seattle bar with 20 other random assholes, just like everyone else in the state and country. You obviously have no reason to lie, but you honestly have no major regrets about leaving? If that's true. Consider cancelling your tickets.

I've explained it to you several times now, if you don't understand then I can't help you. And frankly azz, I don't give 2 shits what you think about anything. You hate everything, and your misery loves company so you can leave me out of it.

I'm a sunny side of the street type azz, and well....you're not.

I ain't mad atcha, but you really are a black hole of negativity .

Just wanted to interject my 2c, I did give Tony shit for leaving the game early on chat when he got home. I don't know the circumstances for why he left but I did goat him a bit and to be totally fair, it's his money he can do whatever the hell he wants. If Bags wanted to leave that's his complete and utter decision, having said that personally myself in that tight of a game I would have never left. I honestly hate going to games with people who want to "beat traffic" and I'm not saying this is bags reason as to leaving but more times than not the reason to leave a game early is to beat traffic. Going to games with my dad is the absolute worst because he NEVER wants to stay for the finish, as if beating the traffic gained him some sort of real equity.

Sure I've left games early before but never anything that tight, I know azz is heckling but I know what he's really trying to say here.

    Hell just froze over.

Some Bears' fans sympathize with archrival Packers' plight on call

    .

    By REX W. HUPPKE

    Chicago Tribune

CHICAGO - Chicago Bears fans are genetically predisposed to rejoicing whenever the Green Bay Packers lose a football game. It comes with the rivalry and, presumably, a deep-seated hatred of cheese-shaped hats.

But when a referee's blown call gave the Seattle Seahawks a win over the Packers in the Monday night game, some Bears fans experienced an odd feeling: sympathy for Green Bay.

"I wrote on my Facebook page, 'I know there's something wrong with the world because I actually feel bad for the Packers,'" said Greg Michalski of Oak Lawn, Ill. "We always want the Packers to lose, but for the first time in my life I was hoping there was a rule that could overturn that call."

Relax, Bears fans. This is a perfectly normal emotion and will not require hospitalization.

"Researchers have found that third parties completely uninvolved in events, whether they're sporting events of workplace events, they care," said Brian Holtz, an assistant professor of human resource management at Temple University. "And when they witness unfairness, they react strongly to it. This violates the norms. We believe that if people play hard and work hard, then eventually we get the win."

But if it comes unjustly, it doesn't seem right. Holtz is proof of that. He's a lifelong Seahawks fan and acknowledged, "There's no enjoyment in a win like that, even though we played hard."
In case you've been trapped in a well for the last 36 hours, the NFL's regular referees are out on strike. Monday night's game - as every game so far this season - was officiated by replacement referees, who ruled that Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate caught a game-winning touchdown as the final seconds of the game ticked away. What most people and probably some of your more observant house pets saw was the Packers' M.D. Jennings intercepting the ball and securing a win for Green Bay.

The league stood by the call in a statement released Tuesday, but the outrage showed no signs of subsiding. Twitter was bubbling over with replacement ref mockery, and anti-union politicians like Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan were calling for an end to the officials' strike, right along with President Barack Obama.

(It's worth noting, as a brief aside, that it took the nation approximately 16 seconds to side with the striking NFL officials after this call was made. But when a strike kept 350,000 Chicago students out of class for seven days, support for the teachers union wasn't quite so widespread. I'm not saying anything about our priorities here ... I'm just saying.)

Bears fan Mike McGarry of River Forest watched the replay again and again, considered the league rules on what constitutes "a catch" and said, "I understood why the referees decided what they decided."

But what if the Bears lost a game in this fashion?

"I'd certainly be ticked off," McGarry said.

More important to him than Monday night's play, however, is that the replacement officials have been routinely making mistakes in NFL games. That makes it hard for any player to know what's fair and what's foul. And as a business man - he's president of a company called Socratic Arts - McGarry believes fairness is key.

"Someone once offered me an opportunity to review a competitor's proposal, which would have given me a significant advantage to win their business," he said. "I declined because, you know, you really have to look in the mirror the next day. I love to win, but there's no way I want to win at the expense of cheating or winning on a technicality."

Joshua Catlow, who hosts a sports talk show each week on ChicagolandSportsRadio.com, agreed that in real life, this kind of injustice is unacceptable. As a Bears fan, he could stomach seeing the Packers get screwed over, but it still left him concerned.

"You're just kind of casually wondering when this is going to happen to your team," he said. "You want the game to be won on the field and not be decided by the guys in the pinstripes."

What we want, really, is justice. A sense that life unfolds in a fair and equitable manner. That's what we want at work, what we want in our personal lives and, at the end of the day, the way we want our sporting events to unfold.

And that why it's OK, for the first time ever and only in this extreme circumstance, for a Bears fan to feel bad that the Packers lost.

Whatever this fag just said forget it....He is a long term moron barely able to keep a job at JiffyLube.....

The Seahawks will win the division.......guaranteed. I am going to place at least a hundo on this result. The Hawks have a number of "it" factors starting with the quarterback........he's a winner, the running back, he's a tank, the coach another winner, the wide receiver another superstar under the right leadership. Special teams group is unparalleled in the NFL and let's not forget about the always stellar defense. Add in the punter, from my home province and we have the right ingredients to go all the way

BTW Tony Jr. pretty much agrees with azzclown and is still giving me shit about leaving. He's nicer about it, but gobsmacked nonetheless. It wasn't his game so he wasn't there.

I've talked about how cool it was to leave a loser only to gain redemption, and my main point was that all I care about as it relates to the Hawks is that they win, period. I was so happy about the win I didn't even really stop to consider what I had missed, and I still don't have huge regrets.

But make no mistake about it, if I could do it over again I obv would have stayed, and we will be more judicious in our escapes henceforth. We got a little cute on Monday and it cost us.

Good God, you are such a fucking drunken, junkie dipshit. I must say that I impressed with how you managed to pack so much fucking fail into such a small amount of words.

First off, guaranteeing they win their division is comical at best and asinine in reality. Second, you need a job to bet money and we all you know are an unemployed alcoholic. The ROOKIE QB made one good play the entire game and hasn't proven shit. Except that he can throw game winning interceptions. He's started a grand total of three games and you label him a "winner"? No. The running back is hit or miss. When he isn't drinking and driving or being accused of sexual assault. They have a second year head coach who guided them so a stellar 7-9 record last year. And is only the coach because he wanted to avoid the sanctions he caused at USC. "Unparalleled special teams"? Yeah. Ok. Their defense had an amazing game on Monday but haven't proved they can be consistent. They haven't proven shit. And stop fucking saying "we" like you are a member of the team, shithead. Please stick to moose and maple syrup, you faggy, air stealing alcoholic junkie. Better yet, just go kill yourself.

I couldnt have said it any better. Theres no way you could watch that game and think Seattle should be even mentioned in the same breath as SF. It amazes me how unrealistic fans are. Seattle has no offense. They were at home on Monday night against one of the worst defenses in the league, and they couldnt move the ball. How will they score against SF? they wont. I'm going on record to say when Seattle plays SF they will not score 1 offensive td this year.

Tate is a superstar your right he had 35 catches last year followed by 21 the year before. The coach is a scumbag. Wilson is a winner but he lost the Rose Bowl and thats college cant be compared to NFL. Tons of great college qbs never pan out in the NFL. Seattle has a good defense and a good running back. Its early in the season so they can improve but right now their off is horrible.

Special teams group is unparalleled in the NFL and let's not forget about the always stellar defense. Add in the punter, from my home province and we have the right ingredients to go all the way
    NFC WEST W L

    Arizona 4 0
    S.F. 3 1
    St. Louis 2 2
    Seattle 2 2 Should be 1-3

    Russell Wilson- 17/25 3 INT

Damn. You should be an analyst for ESPN. You clearly know your shit.

Also, WTF were the Seahawks thinking on the fake field goal? How the fuck does anybody get that wide open?

Tough to believe that they will make the playoffs let alone win the division playing like that.

Brutal, especially with Lynch running the way he is. The defense couldn't get off the field on third down, and the passing game is non-existent.

I like Wilson, but I like veterans as well. It may be close to Flynn time in Seattle.
