Not the best way to start the day. Dropped 3k @ 30-60 vs an unknown. After a few early hands I felt good about playing them. Then they trumped a bunch of my hands with some sweet suckouts and I quit when I hit the -50bb barrier.

Worst day I have had in quite some time. Last time I took a hit like this was the first 4 days of a stake I ran 2 stakes ago when I dropped 7500 of a 10,000 buyin over a 3 day stretch. I came back from that hole and finished that stake around 17k and I plan to bounce back from this as well.
I woke up today early , like 6 A.M. I was pumped and in a great mood because I was picking up the Iphone 5 a few hours after that. I ate breakfast and poured a cup of coffee. I loaded Merge tables and before I could take a sip of my coffee a 30-60 pops. Guy ran INSANELY hot and he has been running hot all day from what a few people tell me.
I then took a break and ate lunch and picked up my phone. I reload my tables and join an 8-16 that went from ring to 3 handed and back to ring. I got clobbered to death there. I think I had aces 3 times and lost on the turn once and river once to lose good pots. I ran into 5 or 6 sets. I didn't make a single set. I ran into a couple of runner flushes. I didn't make many hands. I probably lost another $1000 there.
Now I sit here in the midst of a $6,000 downswing which is pretty standard (although I don't like it) when playing 30-60 HU from time to time with 6 max and ring volume 2 and 3 tabling 10-20 etc. Probably taking the rest of the day off but might play tonight.
Going to still load the 30-60 but will only play guys I have destroyed before. If the roll goes under 23,000 I will play no higher than 20-40. I have been down this road before and I plan to bounce back. Didn't lose a ton of bets prob about a 200 BB downer overall. Hopefully that 1000 BB upper is coming now. So due

Match 1 - 10 -20 donk, comes in 3 bombing 10-4 etc nailing them all. Get stuck 600 quick, come back and lose 200 total as he quits.
Then win 200 I @ 5-10 3 handed
I spot a 3 handed 10-20 game going now. I hop in. 1st hand I play me sb him BB I raise him I have a5 he 3 bets I call, A44 I cr he calls turn 8 river 8 he shows a7 and his 7 plays over my 5
Next hand I play 68ss Im BB sb raises me I call flop of 7910 weeeeeeee right? No he has J8 obv. Same stuff over and over. Guy that killed me yesterday was in game. He makes top pair every hand or goes runner runner. And if I make 2 pair he always has me beat
Right as I am typing this table pops and drop 170 more. Last hand I play I get 3 bet in HU match I hold 76 off on 778 flop he bets I call, turn is the 5 I pick up straight draw now and backdoor flush is present as 3rd heart he check calls his heart draw and makes bigger flush on river. Standard plays but these have been standard just about every hand for a week. I can't get these type of hands to hold up. Can't make any backdoor draws, hands not holding up etc.
Frustrating but I am not rattled. One of bigger backers suggested I take a break for a day or 2, review some hands, watch videos etc. I def will be reviewing hands and might pop in a few videos. Can never hurt to go over more content. Probably will take it easy on volume for next few days but will still be putting in some play most likely.

Will be grinding later tonight. I am recharged and ready to PWN heads. Really feeling extra strong about my game. Will pick up the volume as well. I havent played since Sunday morning but I feel these couple of days off will serve me and us well. BBL tonight

get called down by ace high when I have 2 pair twice they make gutter ball
hu vs fish and drop 50 BB @ 10-20 , 2nd pair never ever good. Every time I check turn with ace high he rivers bottom pair etc. etc. etc
Going to play for a couple more hours then break and be back for night shift. Will update before I break
just a nasty day, I think in 300 hands I am 0-5 with KK and AA all in 3-4 way pots. Will be breaking around 6 - 6:30
I did win one huge pot with 66 on 1068 vs 79 when river paired. But even thats kinda surprising. Those are the hands that are mushroom stamping me. I will raise UTG get 3 bet then the sb will come in with the 79 for 2.5 bets in those spots and just PWN me.

I am losing huge pot after huge pot. I am getting put in terrible spots over and over. Seems like 9 out of 10 times I open with aq ak aj we the flop is 567. Can't make backdoor draws. Not making any draws at all really.
Seems 8 of 10 HU games I get hit n run for 10-20 BB. Big pairs rarely hold up. Getting floated with garbage in spots and they make them often.
At one point we were sitting pretty with 32k. Now we have hit a 9k downer.
I would guess the breakdown in bets lies somewhere like this
-40 BB 30-60 mostly HU
-40 BB 15-30 mostly HU
-80 bb 10-20 hu
and -200 BB 5-10 10-20 6 max/ring
Most likely will take a turn for the better sooner rather than later. HU should turn around quickly. Havent hit too many 200+ BB downers lifetime in HU. 6 max should get better as well.
Right now I am going to get a long nights sleep. A good workout when I wake and then I am going to play again as best I can. Have nothing to do but grind for the weekend. Hopefully it is a good one.

Not sitting @ 30-60 until things turn around a bit and we have wiggle room to play with so all my games will be capped @ 20-40 for the near future. All rb will be paid daily now and will be added into roll nightly

5-10 HU match lost 700 in 70 handsVery hard to do that but It happened
10-20 hu match, was up 400 lost that back and lost 300 to guy but broke even when table filled
5-10 hu match, had guy all in (he was in for 100) he wins and runs it up to 500 in 90 hands
Won 200 or so playing 6-12
Lost some 10-20 6 max
Probably play more later
