Given very little thought to NFL so your post reminded me that Pats have NO running game.
Sony Michel is a zero. That is eye test and not statistics. Am I wrong?
AIDS everywhere...had to look at his 2nd game against NYJ because I got fucked by it, but yeah 19-42-3 TDs only because they got the passing game to get them to the 1, three separate times...
don't know if this is him or the line...kid was a stud coming outta UGA...now not so much...
Split 'em yesterday, though Charlotte over made me sweat after a great first half. Took until one minute left in the 4th to go over (it ended up over by 4.5).
Just one pick today.
Utah at Phoenix - Under 213.5
Jazz opponents have not scored more than 95 points in any of the first 3 games, and the Jazz themselves are only averaging about 100.
Have Dolphins +14. Dolphins were up by 14 and now they are down by 10 and I am sweating the cover.
What a joke.
Dolphins turn it over on 2 drives in a row in the 4th. This is so sick. There are no words.
LOL. Miami is calling timeouts down 13 while Pitt is trying to run it out. This is insane. You can't come back and win. Honestly, the only reason to call a timeout there is so you DONT cover.
This is some super fishy shit.
This is amazing. Every offensive play by Miami is almost a fumble or an INT. I actually feel very lucky I dodged the Steelers scoring a defensive TD in garbage time.
The books haven't caught up with how good this Patriots defense has been.
Their offense might be mediocre compared to past years but when your defense not only scores TDs off turnovers and allows Brady to start a drive near mid field a lot you are going to score points no matter what.
Pats are 6-2 vs spread this year and one game they didn't cover if I remember right was some garbage time scores by the Dolphins when they were like 3 TD favorites.
It was a fast start and a slow finish but Patriots covered again vs. Browns thanks to their defense.
I think -3.5 is a gift as well for a prime time game vs a talented young QB who hasn't had to deal with what he will next week.
Best pick of the year so far on the Phoenix under.
Won by over 20, was a no-doubter the whole way.
Watch for Utah, they still haven't allowed over 95 points in their 4 games thus far.
San you asked me a while back to try and put together some notes earlier in the week. Well I’ve been making early week bets in NCAAF for 5-6 years attempting to beat the closing line. This is the first week I can remember giving the board a complete look over and came away with less than 3 plays.
Watch your ass this week.
Navy -26.5 was the one play I liked. I’ve since added Michigan -18.
Then you will enjoy this.
There is a negative Brady news cycle occurring presently in Boston
Imagine your team is 8-0. You’re fresh off your 6th Super Bowl. Let’s kick your QB down the road. Only Daly would understand the fellowship of the miserable here. It’s tremendous.
Brady just knocked $6m off his Brookline home. He is a motivated seller. The retirement discussion is hot.
The press says he doesn’t look too sharp. That for the first time in ages the defense is the star.
The old wounds about his annual contract negotiations are being revisited on the radio. Would he tell the Krafts to finally go fuck themselves and play for some other team. The debate rages
So all is not sunshine and kittens GBCP. But that’s exactly the stuff that ratchets up Belichick & Brady.
Speaking of Brady backups ...
The Colts Steelers pendulum has swung the wrong way.
If you love Brisket and ... who doesn’t ... you just became heavily invested in the Colts
Feels like shenanigans but thanks
Pittsburgh is dreadful. just ask badguy
Well, they lost a coin flip game to the Ravens that they were leading most of the 4th Q that went to OT, that if they had won they would be leading the NFC North. It is crazy in the NFL how single plays can completely flip narratives.
All their RB's are now injured which is a problem. But the defense looked good the last couple games, and the WR corp is looking real good, with the question being how good Rudolph will be in getting them the ball against better competition.
Speaking of Kate Upon, Verlander is back on the mound tonight.
San, you have graciously kept your "I told you so" posts to yourself. I did hedge since I'm a puss, but gain more from a Washington WS win.
I know you can't bet these, but here we go.
Marner over 0.5 assists -130
Reilly over 0.5 assists +120
Matthews over 0.5 goals -120
Stamkos over 2.5 shots -140
I need Simp to co-sign your 1Ps G.
1P
SJ/BOS O -148
TB/NYR O -165
MIN/DAL U -148
WPG/ANA U -109
Sorry Simp
Caps +116 vs Leafs
Gonna throw Daly a bone and sign off on BC +3 v Syracuse (wretched orange). If he pulls trigger I will too and that says a lot right there.
I did YES 1st inning again in MLB @ +115.
Astros might even have a book on Strasburg now. Verlander needs the Greinke medication to settle down. It’s an autobet til the last game. Was a great gravy train.
I take no pride in how I handled my Astros action, Simp. Even if I win I was wrong to pass on this once in a lifetime Nats prices. If Scherzer can’t pitch game 7 I’m just lucky.
FWIW I heard Mattress Mack stands to win $22m if Astros close it out. He gives away furniture so whatever. It’s the fucking gift on the Nats wagering side that was important.
If you didn’t take some Nats you really don’t know how to bet sports. I didn’t
I’ve been mentally locked up and haven’t wagered a dime beyond my futures. I was ready to be punished. You were right Simp and I was wrong. Nothing new
