I will be playing clips from both of these tonight on radio, and analyzing all of the notable parts.
PLOL is trying to get Joe Navarro on to talk about Howard's tells, which would be epic if it happened.
oh man....having Navarro do his tells would be insane.
This show might have a lot of prep to do in order to pull this off, but if that happens, you need to promote the hell out of it. Would be your biggest show ever.
howard doesn't know.
howard doesn't recall.
howard can't remember.
howard worked on a different department.
partypoker and full tilt poker are not the same.
howard was busy with other work related activities.
howard looked at the balance sheet.
howard couldn't recall that particular e-mail.
howard was assured the payments were transparent and the banks knew.
ray showed howard a letterhead.
howard did not expect to be asked to speculate.
howard might be co-conspirator #1.
howard wanted an answer, but not to the actual question.
a balance sheet is a balance sheet, that's a very different question.
howard was never asked the question before.
according to howard this is a very specialized document. there's a balance sheet, and then there's this thing.
howard has never spoken with.. has no recollection of.. nothing to say about daniel cvetkov.
it seems like an odd e-mail to howard, but he doesn't know.
howard had no reason not to trust the report.
howard doesn't believe full tilt did that, that he is aware of, he doesn't know though, could have happened, insists he doesn't know.
segregating player funds was an industry myth in 2008.
the initial shareholders were nonchalant and didn't really care for distribution of company profit.
howard doesn't know, recall, or remember much about any details. he wasn't involved in running full tilt in aspects such as licensing, payment processing and wasn't keenly aware of the details of the financial status of his company. he mentions being active in the marketing and software development side of the company.
when howard announced he would leave full tilt, he felt they needed to look for a top executive to replace him, with a lot of experience. someone just blow ray. someone really awesome.
speculation: howard is trying to tell us chris ferguson is sad.
diarrhea.
if you put a rat in a bucket and placed it against Lederer's chest and then started burning the bucket I'm sure Howard's memory would improve a little bit
I write things about poker at my Poker Blog and elsewhere on the Internets
You guys all forget that Howard is 'The Professor' and should be respected.
Who can question the intentions of this brother and sister?
This is tough to watch. Hard to believe that Howard can't recall some information brought up. Should be interesting to see the next few parts as they come out.
watch part 1 from 12:54 to about 13:20 and that will sum up the entire interview. He had no clue about "segregated accounts" and whatnot? Give me a fucking break. Howard is a fucking degenerate idiot. The first person to "rat" in this type of situation is usually the worst one. I also love that when people do these types of interviews, they are in essence saying: "I am an expert in this field, but with my company that scammed the shit out of people, I apparently have no clue how the industry works".
I must be pretty nieve cause what ever he has said seems plausible, i am very interested to here Druff's take on this.
all hail Hydra

This is an important point. One I'm sure Druff will address during tonight's radio.
With Lederer's measured and at times laconic responses, it seemed as if he just wanted to gloss over this as something normal, ordinary. But it's huge!
Imagine Foxwoods mixing your money deposited there with the bank account they use to pay employees and stockholders?!
Unless he's doing this as a "trial" run I can't imagine why Lederer is doing this interview.
It seemed like he had been massively coached and was very carefully choosing his words.
It would also not surprise me if they had pokernews submit the questions, and have them pre-approved.
