    W.S.O.P. Poor dealer$

In all my day's I'd Never thought i'd see the Day. 11+$ a Down. I saw Old Ladies Literally in tear's consoling one another and Grown men cussing and young ones Talking to loud.
I in my situation which if i may allude to the Great ,Anthony Burgess author of " Clockwork Orange",so I can at best just frown and nod and walk away ,for alas, it is Not in me to Voice such negativity and such and yet i cannot be a smiling fool after such a smack in the face to what was once a Proud Profession.
So sad. I am glad i am offa Facebook, last day or 2 and will refrain awhile longer. I told some young kid's who were ranting to stay offa FB as the Boss's read it all. I am right on that fact. Only this year for my own personal reason's ,i said literally i would work for free. I did not know the WSOP would accommodate me. Yet i would do it for free.
For on Last 2018's Yom Kippur(The Holiest Jewish Holiday, The Day of Atonement i was diagnosed) I said Aloud and to a few ,'I would give all I own and walk Butt naked out the Hospital C free w/o a dime or my Gucci's. Oh ; ) 0.0%,Nada,Nothing.I am so Blessed. To Be C free since 4/29 a queer # fyi. lol.
A Day i never forget as is today June 22, I got 5$ and a subway token ,released from reformatory to Manhattan.
Bought a 32os. Olde english 800 and a pack of Merit menthols and went to Pop's Shoe repair., lol. your Boys home Pop, ! hahah..
anyway I cannot complain but it broke my Heart and i am personally embarrassed as a Pro Dealer and Gambler at such a depletion of the Aggregate down pool which is divided by # of "Downs" ..More Chip's ,Longer Levels= More depletion of a finite $ amount in dealer pool.
Eg: 1000$ buy in =1k chips,30 min levels, to 1,500 buy in ,50k! chip's& 100 min level .. Many more "Downs" needed to complete Tourney. And are deducted from Finite Pool$....
Personally as the Guy in Clockwork Orange..I cannot be Mad but i must be Empathic for i am he.The dealer who was 1 of the best of the Best, a WSOP dealer is creme de la creme in any house in the known billion Universe's.
Bean Counter$ Lost site of that HONOR. Now straight outta skool get$ $ame $ as Me& Pr/o's..young and old.Pro's.not rookies who shoulda ran chips a yer or2 first. ehh.. and the Foundation of 100-200 ppl who been there from 1970 onward's -til now. New Dealer don't know what the fk a "High Card" is. he get$ my Pay is denigrating at least, Corp,Pure Greed at it's best.. share not with Non stockholders and adhering to "Corp>Law rule #1".."Make the stockholder$" Money.
I understand,I am sad.I am denigrated again i reiterate and use this forum, thank you Dandruff as a catharsis(sp)...I speak for 1000, when 1 Bold Honest and True,Tested and Verified, Bonified and I can Declare without Much Objection from Main Core,I Can Proclaim for all 200 and all the rest. It is Not Badge of Honor to deal WSOP anymore.
June 22nd is the day the "Special elite dealers have fell." the special few shall make the double downs which =$ what was half of Normal, ala 2005's 35$ and they had quit at Benny;'s in 04 after them 2 untamed bosse's and crew decimated downs to 40 bux lol. 3 week tourney then too remember .! Chip runner made 10k lol.
But i am so Blessed and amazed to Be C free and alive I love everybody and have compassion and know i do not know most pals storie's of whom i meet daily. Have compassion and tolerance and Love one another. whew my wrists hurt from dealing so viciously and the Felt for all the DEALERS I CRY FOR SUCKS GORILLA DICK>>>A guy said to his friend in UItalian ,"the dealer is a Spastic",Wow,i coulda cried..i needed my nails to move the cards,..all dealer say the same..very hard when surface makes cards stick to felt..I am efficient and it slow me down and others..so again, i digressed.
1 gd man speaks for 1000..Get us good felt, Pay us at the at the Lowest ,lowest 15.50 a down MANDATORY<LIKE MEN and like you Care.. FINAL EVENT MANDATORY 22$.
Please, already ,I hear kid's say they won't leave home, they can get 11$ downs' at their home casino's,Like 10 casino's I NEVER HEARD OFF! wow,Minga.
I must stop,Im Exhausted and must be back at 10 and Bring my sincere ,real,100% smile It is real and sincere always, but never more than tomorrow. ,I Protect the Integrity of the 1000s of yrs old game I Love 2nd to the 1st Dice and 3rd Boxing.4th Keno..lolandillegal#s...sssshhh. and 1000s years More it will be ,DICE NEVER ONCE since their invention and inception have stopped tumbling for 1 solid minute ever ever in the world.Think of that and dwell on it & blow yr fkn mind's or what's left of them. KINGDOMS AND RICHE$ beyond yr wildest imagination have been won and lost on a 1roll of a dice. That shall roll as long as time exist and the World will destruct with me and some shuck shooting Dice as the World Crumbles,Amen,Shalom.
I Love all my brother's., and i must admit i fell out last night exhausted at the RIO..to the Radio show on the cellphone ...Blesss Radio>! Ty Todd. NY MK.

Even with it "fixed" it's completely incoherent. I'd like to read your story but you need to slow down and start from the beginning (and stop using 's to pluralize words).

No need to delete it shoe. mostly it makes sense - but you have to read it twice, everyone. Sounds like shoe is lamenting the drop in gratuity pay attached to dealing at the WSOP. Much of this comes about because the gratuity pool per tournament is fixed, but in their quest to improve tournament structures, longer levels are now used to complete a tourney. This has caused the pay/drop to become worse as structure becomes better. What was once in the $30's per drop per dealer had severely been cut to $14-15 per drop recently and lo and behold finally hit $11 per drop for his most recent tournament dealt. It's another form of greed from Caesars, according to shoe.

Some dealers won't even come for this level of drop. "Well, my home casino tourneys are above $11 per drop" they say. $11 is too low for a prestigious event such as the WSOP according to shoe...basically this is the premier poker event of the year and not just a nightly $200 in a poker room in Idiotsville, Ohio.

Also, shoe is clamoring for a better/fairer distribution of drop payouts. For example, an inexperienced rookie could make under $10 while a properly experienced pro like himself probably deserves at least $14-$15 and there should be a mechanism where this can happen. Right now, they all make the same per drop.

Shoe also states: It doesn't really matter, being Cancer free is like being a millionaire.

    -----

Paraphraser's (me) note: I hope this is along the lines of what you meant shoe. Also, how long does it take to deal a drop?

    -----

Finally, I don't really know how to fix this. Although you are probably underpaid now, there needs to be sufficient time for the levels to make the structure good. I would not like to see the fixed gratuity per tournament rise. Best solution: Caesars kicks in a bit more (but it ain't likely to occur - what with corporate greed and all).

I started out dealing WSOP because it's the job I could get. I sucked at first, worked hard and got good which took several years. Yet my pay kept slowly going down. I like dealing tournaments especially the mix game stuff you only see at WSOP but they don't care about keeping dealers who know how to deal those. They just keep testing how far they can lower pay and still find enough bodies to fill dealer chairs. Who cares about mistakes, floors will fix them and players will keep coming because of the WSOP brand. I'm never going back unless pay improves which probably won't happen.

I understand players wanting low rake and long structures but there is a cost. The longer the tournament takes the more dealer downs are required to run it which means hourly pay drops unless the dealer takeout is raised proportionally.

Lower buyin massive field events are the current trend, but the tokes per down are lower.

I know OP personally and he can be a bit incoherent at times but he's a great guy and great dealer.

Turns out that the WSOP was paying Mgrs and staff(NOT DEALERS,SUITS) DOWNS from Dealers Pool. totally not Kool and Rampant thousands and thousands of Downs given to folks who shd be paid by Caesars as Mgmnt. Totally 3 years already..now exposed..O Druff. I wish u was on them. makes me ill to think how much $ depleted from dealer pool to pay floor men.
