I always liked 4Dragons on the forums, so it gives me no pleasure to report this.

But this is pretty serious biz, so I decided I'd share it with everyone.

In most cases, when forum members disappear due to being arrested for a crime, I find that it's best to keep their privacy, unless the person is a danger to the PFA community.

While 4Dragons is not a real danger to this community (you'll see why shortly), I feel that his crime was serious enough to where it needs to be reported out here anyway. I know that people on these forums establish friendships and business relationships with other members, and therefore it's important to reveal any convictions of serious crimes of members here.

4Dragons is currently on probation until 2023, and is not allowed to use computers during that time, so don't expect him to read or respond to any of this.

The key to figuring this out lies in what's there and what's NOT there.

What's there:

- He was charged with downloading child porn

- He was charged with distributing child porn


What's not there:

- He was NOT charged with touching any minors

- He was NOT charged with making or assisting with making child porn

- He was NOT charged with sending lewd pictures to minors


Therefore, obviously this was some sort of download/upload thing. The only question is where he was downloading/distributing this stuff, and what specific type of child porn was involved.

Given the probationary sentence, I would say that it's likely these were NOT prepubescent children.

All of the other theories I'm seeing here just don't match with the charges.

If I had to guess, he was on the dark web somewhere, and he found a group or groups where people exchange porn involving young teen girls (maybe 13-16). He was interested in it, passed whatever initiation is required, and then was involved in actively trading it back and forth.

Then a sting happened, and he got busted along with the others.

There is a possibility that his plea bargain involved providing information and/or logins to these private child porn groups, so the FBI could masquerade as him. However, I think it's more likely that the probation was granted due to his first-time offender status and the fact that he was just a run-of-the-mill underage porn video trader, rather than any kind of organizer or producer.

It is also possible that the FBI had fake child porn groups set up, meant to catch pedos. However, law enforcement has to be very careful doing this, or otherwise it could qualify as entrapment. In order to avoid entrapment situations, law enforcement cannot suggest someone else commit a crime. Instead, the criminal has to suggest it to them.

For example, the FBI could set up a group called "Videos of Young People", which is ambiguous but obviously draws in pedos. Then they wait for guys to start trading with one another, and they bust them.

also there is a huge difference between contributing to dark web CP dumps and photoshopping x-rated simpsons jpgs, which btw 100% constitutes child pornography under the current statutes and has been prosecuted as such in the recent past.

Current statues which aren't American. Please show us where someone is prosecuted for child porn for photoshopping cartoons of not really people in the US.
