Anybody actually watch/listen to that portion?

I'd expect the laughter to have come directly after "country" and during the second pause, if we are to believe they laughed at him. Instead, the laughter is heard directly after "America's -- so true". Sounds like they're laughing at his diss of previous administrations.

We know woman/women came forward 40 years after the event to claim sexual assault.
But are men now stepping up to claim that it was THEY who sexually assaulted the alleged victim, NOT the judge?
