100% is a between the ears issue. If it wasn't the Xanax would have had zero effect. The guy either has anxiety or is depressed or both.

But self medicating and diagnosing is def the prudent thing when one has a dibilitating illness.
I have been to several doctors. Idiots on the forum are just assuming I am self diagnosing/medicating. You also need to take charge of your own health situation and not just blindly do what doctors tell you, because they basically see you for 15 minutes, take a guess, and walk out.

It is mostly agreed what I have, but treating it is the hard part.

I have not taken any cholesterol meds in my life. Cholesterol levels are mostly hereditary. Many people refuse to admit that because they like feeling in control of their health. Sodium levels have never been a problem for me, though blood pressure is moderately high (also mostly hereditary, btw).

I am not being cocky about anything. I wish I didn't eat so much this year, which possibly caused the chain reaction of issues I'm having now.

I dont get why people are giving Druff shit for self diagnose and self medicating. This isnt the 1950s. We have a lot more resources these days to figure out what is going on with our own bodies. In many cases, the the only reason to see a generalist is to get a referral for a specialist. Your typical doctor ( non specialist) is in his first few years of residency and doesn't know shit. NEVER trust a non specialist doctor to treat anything but the most basic shit. I am talking about super basic like i have the flu and need Tamiflu.
