Given the most recent occurrence at the Rio.. Maybe some rich mogul type from the African American community could purchase it, rehab it some and then rebrand it as a South Central LA theme or maybe Bloods and Crips Casino
... They could offer unique percs like onsite gun lockers for the gangbangers to lock up their firearms even.. They could rebrand the Penn and Teller Theater as a new massive Hip Hop only club.. I mean hell Vegas loves to have certain places designed to cater to certain clientele.. One specifically for the Hip Hop Gangsta community might just be a winner and draw in some more of that drug dealer money into Vegas.. As long as they arent openly laundering the money no issues (besides we all know the king of washing money is Shelly Adelson and the Venetian)
