If it holds, it’s certainly good news. No one has explained the impetus for North Korea’s recent decisions in any coherent way that I’ve heard. I haven’t saw an article or a news report or anything of any substance regarding the mood change. I’d be open to one if you encountered it. If the Trump administration started a chain of events that ended with a good resolution, then I’ll be the first to say well done. I’d just like to see it spelled out as I don’t know if it’s a success story of American diplomacy, or strictly a China success story, as apt to be the case in their sphere of influence over there, or some combination of both.

I thought the current conspiracy theory is that North Korea may have accidentally collapsed their testing facilities doing tests underneath mountains, and seeing as how their facilities are unusable now and they may not have the resources or will to start over, seems as good a time as any to sign a treaty.
