the GOP has checked every attempt to give law enforcement the legal latitude to enact the pro-active measures you are now accusing them of failing to implement.

had they checked into that youtube thing where he used his actual name and identified himself as a professional school shooter, i have to think law enforcement could have had him committed or something, combined with his countless altercations with law enforcement.

but to be honest, i don't even know what it takes to get someone committed or have their guns taken so you may be right

the fbi apparently agrees with you btw; they are saying that there defined protocols for this sort of thing that were not adhered to.
