By the loose definition of "hate" you are using there are probably 100 million people in the United States that hate someone else. So yes, he would fit in that group. I know a lot of people that have used derogatory racial slurs at some point in their life, so if that makes you a "hater" then sure he hated along with about 100 million other people.
I know he certainly did not appear to be guided by any ideology of hating black or Muslims when he shot indiscriminately into a crowd of mostly white people killing 15 people, none of whom appear to be black or Muslim.
And if you want to play the "Trump Supporter" game, the recent President who has the most murderers who "supported" them was probably Barrack Obama. So if you want to blame a President for the crimes their "supporters" did it looks like President Obama needs to be held a lot more accountable for all the murders people who voted for him or otherwise "supported" him have committed in the last 10 or so years.
Of course this narrative is nonsense, just like it is nonsense to try to politicize this as some sort of referendum on Trump or Trump supporters, and it is nonsense to claim he was motivated by an alt right ideology.
