I do believe the anchoring will be made illegal because it reduces part of the challenge that exists for "nervous" putters.

No argument here for the nervous putter thing. I'd be surprised if they did it though. I obviously missed the R&A guy's statement about the upcoming decision.

He said the two governing bodies are working as one, which is often the case.

There's about a dozen golfers who have not yet completed round 3 due to rain delay.
