This bet is odd because no real rules are in place and he is sand bagging big time but willing to put money up so, there has to be a plan. Maybe it is hard work and he'll really drop to 1500 cals a day and run 5 miles 8 days a week or maybe test/anavar/caffine/asprin/lax/flushes and sauna the last few months. Just sayin there is no rule against is there?
A better bet would be lose it and keep it off 6 months or something like that to confirm a "true" loss. That way if he did use drugs he'd have to keep using them and the reward would be money and early death with a heart like that.

Right now I am just trying to stay on a certain calorie restriction and see how my body reacts. I don't need to go "balls to the wall" right away. I will progressively increase what I am doing when I need to or when I feel like it. If I don;t then I lose it is that simple.
Maybe you would approach it different, but again I don't really care how you would approach this or how much you think I should have lost by now because you are irrelevant in this whole thing and you have no idea what you are talking about like 99 % of the other "experts" who have chimed in.
