    Knock your calories to sub 1800. Heck even the 600 lb life show has them on 1500 a day and they still miss weight for the surgery after several months.

    You clearly rather eat, I want to see you win otherwise Id be like ya sure stash 2000+ cals a day you'll do fine.

I think its a lot easier to keep your everyday grind up for weeks at a time, especially now when you're going to be dropping weight steadily for the next bunch of weeks and maybe months. Don't have doughnut sunday just because it's doughnut sunday. But don't hesitate to enjoy thanksgiving with the family either.
    The last time I tried something structured something like this happened to me. I had a specific calorie limit and I was probably down about 20 pounds then I started to maneuver all kinds of shitty foods into the calorie limit and obv eventually it backfired.

    Weighed in today @ 369.0 and I have lost 9 pounds in 11 days just by eating about 2250 calories on average per day with only 1 swim workout.

    Imagine if you stuck to 1500 cals a day You be down 13.5 pds.

    btw based solely on your eating habits daily I estimate you were eating an average of 5000-6000 cals a day to maintain that weight, wowser. You must have a snack habit, what is your weakness, cookies, choc. what?

    In 2 weeks and starting at a huge weight that took 5-6000 cals a day to maintain he has lost 10 pds or nearly all water. Imagine in a week or two when he hits a wall and has to loose actual fat.

    I say by months end Id be shocked at 15 pds and decreases per month from there. And that factors zero set backs, cheat days, thanksgiving is coming etc.

    He loves food too much to quit it. Take my words as motivation brother, love to see you do it for both health and $$$$$ but cut those cals!

    Water weight schmoter weight. before you lose 11 lbs you have to lose 10 etc. 10 lbs in 14 days is 10 pounds in 14 days even if i took one giant 14 lb shit. Still will accept even money bets for as much as you want to bet.

    If you go no grains, no sugar and get your carbs from legumes you will lose the weight ridiculously fast.

    You dont even need to suffer during this. For example, use heavy whipping cream for flavor, almond powder/ cauliflower rice in place of flour, use butter, etc .

    Ignorant how? I’m not arguing against anything. All I said was I'm down 10 pounds. I dont care if its tree weight, grass weight weight, water weight, shit weight or moon weight.

    And im down another 1 lb as of today but who is counting. Regardless of what kind of weight it is when I hit my goal and win this bet the first 10 pounds are going to count no matter what kind of weight it is.

    So at the end of the day I don’t give a shit what kind of weight it is. I have a set amount of weight I bet I could lose and when I win water weight is not getting deducted off the end total.

    There is a guy in this thread who is obsessed with telling me that it is water weight repetitively ( which does not change any part of my bet) which is fine cause my point is it does not matter what kind of weight it is. Ive never argued there is no such thing as water weight.

    It’s not like I’m expecting to just lose 90 lbs in 100 days here and I am acting like that is going to happen.

    Again, if you want to bet too , then put up any amount of bitcoin you want and you can still get in at even money/thread

    Sure I might add this in down the line but the first xx amount of days of this bet "for me" I do not need to do that and I don't think that is the proper move to start with for most people. I'm not saying it work because I know it will but I'm looking at this like a boxing match where I get busier as the fight goes on.

    First step is to cut calories and carbs to a certain level and when my body starts to resist I will adjust accordingly
