CUT is a good restaurant, but it's not one of those super-exclusive places where you're considered gauche if you ask what something costs.

CUT has a menu with prices for everything, and this Lobster Mac was just a special dish they made for likely high rollers who wanted it and probably had the comps to pay for it.

You are a chump if you just order something like that, don't ask the price, and just pay whatever they charge you.

I even think it's possible that they would have sold it for less than $108 if requested, and that's just what they bill the casino for some whale's comps.

I have been to CUT, I was not overwhelmed. It was good and all, but I did not leave there thinking I was at Smith and Wollensky in Manhattan. I have a text from scott from a few weeks ago stating he was mailing me the chips to keep because he couldn't afford to pay me $100 per month as we agreed.

He originally asked if I could hold them for lol up to a year to give him time to pay me. I said no.

He then texted me ( I couldn't even make this shit up if I wanted to) asking me to at least run the chips several times in the dishwasher so that when I cash them in, no one else will get brand new chips.

He can mail me a self addressed stamp envelope and I will mail him $65 in chips back.

AFTER:

He apologizes for insulting jeanne and being disrespectful.

Explains to the board why he accused me of stealing from him in credit card roulette with another pfa member present.

Why doesn't he have a toe? (Per his own words on my voicemail)

Why he called the lol police on me when I never got aggressive with him.


That all withstanding, we are at a good ol fashion standstill.

If none of those conditions are met, starting in January I will send him $1 per month for the next 65 months.

Druff, with all due respect, you can't mediate a situation when we are both not being told the same story. The dude sent me the chips as payment. Not as collateral. I made it clear I wasn't holding them until 2019.

I think its Nikki and Michael. You can tell one of em is nikki by the way Gerdy said "one of them had literally $0 on them." If it was a man he would've said "one of them had literally $0 on him." Nikki lives in Vegas so if she was broke it makes perfect sense for her to have been in Vegas. Also, when OSA goes on vacation he usually budgets about $150/day for meals for his fat ass. Agree absolutely embarrassing multiple pfa members were doing this. I get that it was an expensive restaurant but still just order a few drinks and then sneak out for mcdonalds later.

Brandon is a great guy but it seems like numerous people on this forum try and take advantage of his generosity on a regular basis.

I just offered to help to speed up the resolution. He said he didn't trust you, so I told him he could send the $ to me.

If he wants the chips back at this point, he should send the replacement money for them (to me), and then you can ship them back.

Otherwise they're yours, obviously.
