A client of mine is the former president and CEO of TransCanada Pipelines. Sounds like the leak was in South Dakota. Will it be TCP picking up the tab to fix this or is there an American division of the company?

I think he was just suggesting they would be on the hook for the clean up tab. TransCanada Pipelines has a pretty damn good track record of environmental responsibility. Pipelines are much safer than rail or ocean transport but they aren't flawless.
