LOL. They said the policy is if there is any lightning within 15 miles of stadium then automatic 30 minute delay from the last lightning strike. That is retarded policy.

Took Wisonsin -6EV for 2nd half. I am watching this game and Wisconsin has had a lot of big runs called back because of holding penalties. They are really dominating Indiana on the ground and Indiana lucky to be down by only 4.
