Was she responsible for any of the transgressions I named above?
I only see that she ruled on a 1999 molestation lawsuit involving another kid and Rector.
I'm not defending her, and she very well may have fucked up, but in general it tends to be liberal judges who rule for "compassionate" sentences or exceptions for horrible criminals.
Supposedly Rector is "sick, broke, and alone" in Antwerp, according to this 2014 article, but who knows the truth....

Celebrity photographer Terry Richardson 'is banned from working with major fashion magazines including Vogue' after sexual harassment claims resurface
DEN burned through a ton of venture capital. One of the guys I looked uo to the most in college, Alan Friel, went to work there as their Chief Counsel I believe after law school. He was a good dude, the smartest person I knew in college and I was surprised to hear about all the nonsense at DEN and surprised he would be a part of a company engaged in such (alleged) darkness. I looked up to him and knew he would do great things. I doubt having equity in this start-up was part of the road-map.
As an outsider looking in, their business model wasn't apparent. Now it seems like they just blew the money on sex parties or something. WTF Silicon Valley?
So there's Ron Jeremy and that other male Jewish porn star, forgot his name but he's been blamed for rape many times.
Terry Richardson
David Blaine
Woody allen
That one Jewish movie producer, Polanski
of course Harvey Weinstein
and like a thousand other Jews Jewish supremacists running Hollywood?
As if that wasn't bad enough.

It amazes me how Dan Schneider has still skated through this unscathed, despite the dominoes falling for everyone else.
This guy really has people scared, apparently.
Good article about him: https://www.redstate.com/kiradavis/2...t-nickelodeon/
It's too bad, I really liked his portrayal of the Dennis character on "Head of the Class" in the '80s, but this dude really does seem like an A-1 sicko.

The first woman told CNN she was invited to visit his office in the early 2000s, when he was political director at ABC News, to have a soda, and said that while she was there with him he forcibly kissed her and pressed his genitals against her body.
"I went up to have a soda and talk and -- he just kissed me and grabbed my boobs," the woman said. "I just froze. I didn't know what to do."
When she did make her way out of his office, the woman told a friend at ABC News what had happened. That friend told CNN she remembered the woman telling her about the incident and seeing her visibly shaken.
The second woman, another former ABC News employee, described a similar experience in his office during the 2004 campaign cycle. This woman said she was around 25 years old then, and wanted to be a "campaign off-air" -- ABC News' term for one of the reporters who travel embedded with presidential campaigns -- so she reached out to Halperin, who was a part of the decision-making process regarding those assignments at the time.
"The first meeting I ever had with him was in his office and he just came up from behind -- I was sitting in a chair from across his desk -- and he came up behind me and [while he was clothed] he pressed his body on mine, his penis, on my shoulder," this woman told CNN. "I was obviously completely shocked. I can't even remember how I got out of there -- [but] I got out of there and was freaked out by that whole experience. Given I was so young and new I wasn't sure if that was the sort of thing that was expected of you if you wanted something from a male figure in news."
The woman said Halperin continued to express a sexual desire for her in subsequent visits, despite being rebuffed.
"It was more like him coming up too close to me and sort of along the lines of hugging me," she explained.
She also alleged that Halperin propositioned her for sex on the campaign trail.
"He would say, 'Why don't you meet me upstairs?' And I would say, 'That's not a good idea.' And he would push the request further," the person said. "Eventually I would just ignore him and go about my business."
One of the woman's friends has told CNN that the woman told her about the first incident, in Halperin's office. She said her friend had told her some time after the incident that Halperin had pressed his genitals against her while she was seated in his office, but did not recall being told about unwanted touching during subsequent visits or the alleged propositions for sex.
A third woman, also a former ABC News employee, told CNN she was on the road with Halperin when he propositioned her.
"I excused myself to go to the bathroom and he was standing there when I opened the door propositioning [me] to go into the other bathroom to do something," she said. "It freaked me out. I came out of the ladies' room and he was just standing there. Like almost blocking the door."
A fourth woman who worked with Halperin and was junior to him told CNN he once asked her late at night on the campaign trail to go up to his hotel room with him, and that she believed him to be propositioning her. She declined.
The fifth woman who spoke to CNN was not an ABC News employee at the time of the incident she alleges. She was not comfortable sharing specifics of her story for publication, but said Halperin, while clothed, placed his erect penis against her body without consent.
The women who spoke to CNN said that they did not report Halperin's behavior to management either because they feared retribution, given the level of power Halperin had at ABC and in the industry, or because they were embarrassed. In some cases, their fear of him and the sway he holds remains to this day.
The woman in the first account, however, said she told a mentor at ABC News who said he wanted to escalate the issue to management. It is unclear if that ever occurred.
CNN's investigation found that Halperin allegedly exhibited this type of behavior from the 1990s to the mid-2000s. CNN has not learned of any incidents after Halperin left ABC News.

Corey Feldman claims he's being targeted for death
Corey Feldman has long said that he and ‘80s pal Corey Haim were victims of sexual abuse in Hollywood when they were children – now he’s determined to expose the pedophiles he says attacked them.
Feldman has alleged in the past that Haim was raped at age 11 by a powerful person in Hollywood and the experience led to Haim's drug addiction issues. Feldman’s pal and “Lost Boys” costar died in 2010 at 38 from pneumonia.
Now, Feldman wants to produce a self-distributed film about the pedophiles he says are still plaguing Hollywood.

“I believe we can… bring down potentially a pedophile ring that I have been aware of since I was a child. Right off the bat I can name six names,” he said in a video posted on Wednesday in which he announced the film and requested funding from his fans.
Feldman claimed he survived a “near-death experience” after two trucks tried to run him over — all because he's working to expose pedophiles in Hollywood, he said. In the video, Feldman said his physical safety is in danger.
He shared an Indiegogo campaign to fund his planned documentary.
As of this writing, Feldman’s Indiegogo campaign has raised more than $99,000 of its flexible goal of $10,000. According to the site, a “flexible goal” means Feldman will keep all the money raised, even if the goal is not met.
“Ever since I discussed the fact that I have this plan, my life has turned to utter chaos,” he says in the nearly seven-minute video below.
“I’ve been silenced my whole life, but just over the past few days since I made that announcement, I’ve been arrested, I had a near-death experience last night where I felt like I was almost going to be killed. Two trucks came speeding at me at the same time on a crosswalk.”
Feldman’s wife, Courtney, wrote on the Indiegogo campaign page that the money is for their security and that he’s taken measures to ensure his secrets can outlive him.

“This is much bigger than raising finance for a film, this is about the balance of Good and Evil in very real terms,” she wrote.
“Firstly as a security measure Corey has already written down the names and details of the events and given them to a trusted person of power, in case anything should happen to him or any member of his family before the film is finished,” she warns.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie Claim Harvey Weinstein Sexually Harassed Them
The news comes on the heels of the now infamous scandal surrounding disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein. However, if Feldman is able to prove his allegations are true, it could expose a much deeper criminal conspiracy, he insists.
“I propose to do this by... telling my own story in a very real way, in a very honest way, with no editing, no censorship, no studio behind it,” he says.
“I will make the film, I will direct the film, I will produce the film, and I will self-distribute it to guarantee it gets a theatrical release with your donations. Additionally, it will help me buy the security and the legal team I need to protect my family.”
Are there any young women in Hollywood that have NOT been sexually harassed by Harvey Weinstein?
(((Ellen)))? She's on tv so probably.
Plus (((George HW Bush))) I've posted a video of him grabbing ass.

Are all these guys guilty of harassment and abusing power, sure. But holy cow how many A list actresses or up and coming actresses did sexual things to advance their career.
Listen babe you were harassed but no one made you suck a guys junk or undress then willingly take a roll, that was a choice and as simple as sleeping your way to the top.
Corning and forcing sex is rape but offering a free exchange, no... your just a sick old man and she's a whore actress. I am sure some of these women were raped but for the most a perv and ambitious actress came together to satisfy each others wants sex/fame.
