to base that hand of kq folding into ace xx board as chip dumping is outright theft. Merge was shady the past 5 years due to banning winning players etc.
I have told JJ that we will be making this a big topic of radio (tonight), and hopefully it will create some pressure on Merge.
Some sites do read poker forums, and it does bother them when sites like this one put the pressure on them to make a situation right.
We will be bringing this thread and this radio segment to Merge's attention, and they will be made aware that this will not go away until they make it right for JJ.
JJ has told me that he simply wants the money back and to cash out, and is perfectly willing to leave the site if they don't want him there.
Sportsbook.com stiffed me for $156K in September 2007.

Nothing too much to add here, but I can second that I know JJ and there is "zero point... zero" chance this was a chip dump.
I was banned from Merge a few years ago for winning as well. One time I had a similar request and locking of my account like this on Merge where I just responded "I have no idea who xxxxxx is, but he's fucking terrible at poker". A few hours later my account was active again and I never heard from them again about it.
It's 2017, this is what online poker looks like now... run by incompetent companies who are making FAR less than they used to so the default move now is to just steal whenever they feel they can get away with it. There is zero reason to have any integrity now, they just don't care about poker and would rather just not have it if they could get away with it. In Merge's case, there is zero chance their poker room is a net positive on their bottom line. Even though they stripped away all the affiliates and player rewards, they would still rather have the few fish they have left betting their $500 on football and craps instead of losing it to poker pros and raking $8 in the process.
You can maybe call JJ weak for playing KQ that way, but it's a joke if that's their smoking gun in a 500 hand session.

They are going out of the way to "soft kill" all the bum Hunter's.. which I applaud..
Druff mentioned that the guy was looking for a fish just before he turned in for the night. How can a site survive whith people like this as members. he is a bum hunter..(period).

I dont think jj917 is a bumhumter. When I have played with him he has played vs anyone in any lineup. More than likely the lobbies were dead and he was trying to start a game
