was thinking Minny U 48.5 (-139) and Philly U 39.5 (-133)...prices are a little steep on these guys...
was reading Zach lowe's recent article breaking down where the teams rank and he said he thought minny would be lucky to win 50...like the team, but when you start to breakdown the west you have GS, SA, HOU, OKC at the top with POR, UTH, DEN being feisty and LAC still being there...tough road to 50...

This is called Reverse line movement. You bet with and not against RLM and you will be a winner allthough the under is looking like shit.

Bill Simmons and Joe House have a couple pods (1 for each conference) where they go over the O/Us for each team. I listen to it every year and normally go with some of his choices. He normally does pretty good, although he has losing years sometimes.
I am pretty sure him and House agree with your Miami, NO and Minn leans. I don't remember what they said on Philly.
I personally bet Magic U33.5, Jazz O41, Twolves U48.5, Pacers O31.5, Bulls U22 and Hornets O42.5.
I will say that after I bet the Hornets BAtum had a serious injury, so wouldn't be surprised if that line went down. Exum also was hurt on Utah but I don't think he was expected to do much so would be surprised if that moved the line.

jazz at 41 is interesting...reminds me a lot of the Miami situation in a helluva lot tougher conference...synder is gonna coach those guys up, they are gonna play some stellar D, wont give anything away a la spolestra...just wondering if that'll be enough in the west to hit .500...exum thing wouldn't scare me away from them...if he did anything positive that'd be a nice little cherry on top of that bet...will definitely chew on this one...
