I have never stayed at Luxor but how does it even have balconies? I am assuming these are public balconies that are inside? . If you wanted to commit suicide using a balcony the Cosmo would be the spot. However, if you are staying at the cosmo, your life probably doesnt suck as much as if you were staying at the Luxor.
