Simple fix, badminton is not a sport. Get rid of it.
I played badminton in Corporate Challenge last year. It's pretty fun, and like a mix of tennis and volleyball. It's definitely a sport. There are tons of less-athletic Olympic events.

I did fencing this year. That was really fun, and surprisingly athletic.
