I did the thing where you leave your place in line while on hold and they call you back. Never got the call back. Today I called and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes, but I got through.

All they had to do was reactivate because it sat idle for a while. Total bs... I had already verified everything on line and shouldn't have had to call... The rep didn't even understand why I had to call in. Either way, fixed
