I don't know anything about the steroid he busted for. Is there any legitimate chance it was a tainted supplement? From what I'm reading this is a drug that wasn't popular past the 80's. Jones is a dummy but this seems like next level stupidity. It's so fucking stupid it's almost hard to believe.

Dana looks absolutely terrible because of all this. And arguably, Jones has cost the org more than he's earned it at this point.
I would absolutely not rule out a formal lifetime ban from the org.

Dana is fed up with him. Everyone who paid for UFC 214 should be calling their cable company and demand a refund or $60 discount to be applied to the fight this weekend.
Don't worry though I'm sure it's all just a misunderstanding and the B sample will come out clean proving that Jones is a stand up guy.
This bones shit is taking away from an awesome fight announcement between Kevin Lee & Tony Ferguson. No clue who wins that fight but enjoy watching both guys immensely. I also think that fight was scheduled to free up Khabib to fight McGregor later this year. This is the best possible time for McGregor to face Khabib, coming off some health issues and potentially rusty. Love both those fights.

I understand the points, I just think there's no reason not to take the most cynical, obvious path. He didn't lose the UFC any money this time around, just like Brock didn't either (save the Hunt lawsuit costs), because the fights still went off, and still made PPV bank. The penalty will be 3-4 years of Bones' career. If the UFC feels he can still make them significant money after that time, and Jones still wants to fight, they will work together again. And he'll Main Event again, something Dana said would never happen again after the last time he fucked up, but of course did happen again, right away.
Well there goes the Roid Match of the Century between Lesner and Jones at Heavyweight.. Lesners gotta be pissed as hell (or pissing hot as usual as the case maybe).. Lesner was getting ready to take a hiatus from WWE to time out his suspension so he and Jones could meet in 2018 so much for that now.. SO I guess DC gets to regain his belt against some other LHW nobody since Rumble quit will be interesting but guessing Jones makes history again not only is he the first guy to every be stripped by UFC for drugs he will be a 2xer now.. Jones just cant help himself and to think he felt he needed to juice to beat Cormier is kinda sad.. Guess he didn't have as much faith in himself as we all thought..
