Already take a fair amount of supplements due to my gut not absorbing shit properly from my diabetic meds.. Of which I'm sure a few have helped stave off complications like eye issues (last eye exam MD was shocked Id been diabetic 15yrs and had no signs of retinopathy at all). On a side note finally seem to be getting my pain under reasonable control got Lyrica a muscle relaxer that wont mentally bomb me to stop the random spasm and shit and yes low dose opoid (oxy 5s 1 3X a day) its not be all end all but at least I can sorta functiona nd get shit around my house done some.. Worries me now they are going to do a Cervical MRI to ensure the cyst isn't extending into the neck as some symptoms seem to indicate an issue in the base of the neck as well.. I do have bone spurs have had them for years from a couple wrecks and just wear and tear in the Fire Dept (Helmets aren't the lightest but better then before and taken a few hits to the head wearing it which protected me (ok cue the "Now that explains your bizarre behavior you've gotten hit in the head a few too many times" maybe so. Hell I got two indentations in my skull from an incident several yrs back so who knows.. Fuck probably have mild CTE who knows)..
