Let me help you out here and save you some time... Not even joking around and not explaining this again to make you look stupid. Don't know why you constantly want to act like you don't know what the actual deal was... Actually I do... It's your pathetic attempt at trying to make me look bad, which fails each time, but whatever.

So, for the 67th time since I made the original offer, here it is again... The deal was and still is if at the conclusion of all of the investigation's into the collusion with Russia... Once those investigation's have been completed and it is deemed there is no evidence of collusion within the administration, then I will give dish $300. As previously stated, all of the investigations are still on-going. In my opinion it has already been proven there is collusion, but I am willing to wait until the end of the investigation's to make that absolute conclusion. If it is found that there was no collusion by each and every investigation, then I will without question give dish $300. I just don't see how that's possible at this point though. But again, that's just my opinion at this moment. That could change at the end of the investigation's.

Republican politicians are in a funny position regarding Trump. Many are not happy with him and want to speak out, but it's hard to do that against your party's sitting President, as that can be seen by your constituents as an attack on your own party, and it might be political suicide.

    So many keep quiet.

Before you condemn this, 100% chance that most Democratic politicians would do this in the same spot.

Also... some Democrats in this thread (looking at a certain fan of ponies) seem to think that Trump has "exposed that the Republican Party is a scam", while proving that the Democrats are the party which can actually govern.

How quickly we forget just a year back when the Democratic Party was eating itself over the corruption within.

"But at least they can govern!", you might say.

Not really. Sure, Obama and pretty much every Republican and Democratic President in our lifetimes is more Presidential and emotionally stable than Trump. But Trump is not representative of the typical Republican (or typical Republican President), which is sadly why he won. People wanted something different, and we got something different.

Governing was not Obama's strong suit, either. He was derisively known in his own party as "No-Drama Obama" -- someone who demanded an extreme level of cohesion within his ranks, to where no one felt comfortable to criticize others within, for fear of being labeled a disruptor. The Obamacare website scandal, the VA waiting list scandal, the IRS political targeting scandal, and various other problems within the Obama Administration were all results of this. In many of these cases, fellow Democrats saw red flags, wanted to say something, but were afraid to do so. Even more telling is the fact that Obama didn't fire a single person involved with these debacles, and nobody was criminally charged (even when obvious that criminal activity occurred).

Obama is a smart guy, and isn't a bad person, but he just wasn't a good leader. Good public speaker, charismatic, but not a leader.

But worse than the scandals was Obama's inability to unite. He instead chose to get involved with identity politics, taking sides in race-related controversies, thus angering and dividing the country further. It started with Ferguson, and degraded from there.

We now have a culture where white people (especially heterosexual, white males) are vilified, police are seen as evil, and not surprisingly, white nationalism and Nazism has risen to counter it. People like to blame Trump for this, but it started long before Trump threw his name into the Presidential ring. Trump's first speech about Virginia wasn't good, but he wasn't wrong when he talked about "both sides". We really do have vile groups on both sides, hogging up most of the news nowadays.

If we had a President in 2014 who wanted to unite rather than play identity politics, we'd be looking at a different country right now -- and one which wouldn't have reversed its previous 23-year-streak of declining violent crime, which not-so-coincidentally ended in 2014.

I'm no defender of Trump or the way he's governed so far, but LOL at anyone who thinks Trump's early Presidency proves that the Democrats knew what they were doing.

The Republican Party, commonly referred to as the GOP (abbreviation for Grand Old Party), is one of the two major contemporary political parties in the United States.

you're totally wrong on the dems' ability to govern versus republicans, but this isn't completely trump's fault.

although there are minor policy differences between moderate and far left democrats, they are much closer aligned than say freedom caucus/far right and moderate republicans. moderate republicans are closer to democrats than they are to the freedom caucus/libertarian wing.

that's why even when republicans get majorities, it's much harder for them to pass anything. because they don't agree on anything.

trump shares a ton of the blame here too cause he doesn't actually push the party in any direction. anyone know what trump actually wants on healthcare? or tax reform or infrastructure? i know he wants a wall and to MAGA but on those three issues, what is it he is trying to pass?

last week, trump threatened that mitch mcconnell better get these things done or he would push for a new senate majority leader. trump said he better get it done -- not we. see the problem there? is that leadership?

for fuck's sake obama was so hands-on involved with healthcare that it's actually called obamacare.

The Gentrified Obstructionist Party with it's glorious leader is in fact uniting the country. Currently about 75% are united in their desire to get the buffoon out of office. That's more uniting than a drug assisted Gold Medal Olympic parade.

"The beating heart of Rome is not the marble of the Senate, it's the sand of the Colosseum. He'll bring them death and they will love him for it."

That's the line that always reminds me of Trump and the GOP. He's the uncut essence of what they've always been about. They simply don't like his tone and that he can't fake civility as well as they're accustomed to.

The only useful function of the GOP in my lifetime has been as a watchdog group to make sure the Democratic Party isn't going overboard. Their next good idea will be their first good idea. They aren't a party of ideas. Health care is simply the latest thing they've bitched about for nearly a decade while having no better alternative for. They have an occasional leader here or there who I think makes sense, but never a coalition of thinkers. It's a party that is now majority radicalized with stupidity. It's a shame, because the Democratic Party and social justice warrior types really kind of suck at the moment, but they suck like the Padres suck. They're still major leaguers. The GOP is like a JV high school team thrust into the majors.

if mccain hadnt teamed up with bible spice and turned his campaign and frankly his brand into yet another right wing theocracy, a) he'd have stomped obama so hard he turned to wine, and b) id probably be a republican.

but they just dont have the courage to stand on their own feet and pitch actual moderate fiscal conservative values, so they keep on doubling down on tent revival evangelism as a core locus from which their policies and platforms all must spring.

and frankly trump recognized that it was exploitable if you're willing to be a horrible enough person, so here we are.

Do you really believe that? Lol

I have to admit, I don't even know what the plan is anymore.

He's turning his back on his loyalist for the people he perceives to be in the "In crowd" IE the people associated with the "global agenda" but they want nothing to do with him, the ones that do just pretend to do so in order to sabotage him. The Neo cons have made it clear that they want Pence from day one and they're not budging.

Trump isn't going anywhere, he was chosen for a reason, im guessing the banksters are loving the misdirection, i mean here we are talking about statues yet derivatives are astronomical, literally.

Threads never matter until Todd poses a question and then argues with its premise.

Nice use of your violent crime talking point.

Seriously tho, if the president doesn't get his batch of pro trump loyalist in the house in 2018, shit will hit the fan. Luckily i think President Trump knows that and he will be out campaigning. The question is will anyone want him there?

This round of media blitz reminds of the same style of attack that was laid out on GW Bush towards his last years, GW was so toxic even Nick Santorum who was ahead in the primaries wanted nothing to do with him.

But like I've stated before, the medias mind tricks are failing, and Trump isn't GW, Trump will battle it out and come out ahead, the man is a walking spin machine.

The media still has no answer for him, they were used to the same unwitty, babbling politicians who couldn't say shit unless it was on a teleprompter, Trump can spin anything his way and his base will always support him. But his base isn't in Washington DC so things will be interesting nonetheless.
