Agree this is almost not believable, but then again, this may have been quite the brilliantly executed prop bet.
Either Gus himself (or more likely an accessory) has heard about Larry Laffer (Christ - he's plastered all over PFA now). Larry has made it be known that he's 28 and there has been pics of him published. Gus (or the accessory) knows its Larry in Bellagio, randomly suggests to Phil (the mark) that he would bet that the kid over there is 26 or older. Phil shoots back that he'll take action on 30. They split the difference and the line becomes 28 (which of course is the highest # Gus knows he can win with). Voila. Instant free $$$. Well done Gus/accomplice. Would make Amarillo Slim proud.

Yes. there were problems.
my room at the gold coast was non smoking, so i either had to go outside or smoke in the bathroom with the window open. i chose option B as this has been my m.o. for years.
The suite her a the HRc is also non smoking. so i've been going outside and smoking.
You still can't just go around and smoke weed here im told. it's more of that since everyone's doing it no ones gonna stop it kinda thing. but an Uber driver (named Larry) told me that it's still a $500 ticket if they catch you some how.
So, it's legal yes, but they would prefer if you smoke in private, and since most of the rooms down here are non smoking, you can see how it can get difficult.
all in all legal weed is cool, but i don't like the flashiness of it. I'm also not a weed tourist lie orhers, so when i go to the store i just get in and get out, and the last sales guy i saw was happy he didn't have to explain everything to me.
