Druff did not eat meat would be my guess, he pushed both fork and knife away and onto dirty table to enjoy half a bowl of soup, not prepared to eat meat next.

The black dudes name is Token. We found in on Fremont and invited him to eat with us.
Druff had the veal (once he found out the entire meal was comped)
We had excellent service and all 9 of us had a nice meal together.
