The parents of Otto Warmbier, the US student who is in a coma after being freed this week by North Korea, say he was "brutalised" by a "pariah regime".

The 22-year-old is now being treated in hospital after the flight carrying him landed in Ohio on Tuesday.
Mr Warmbier was sentenced to 15 years of hard labour for attempting to steal a propaganda sign from a hotel.
He was given a sleeping pill after becoming ill after his trial last year and did not wake up, North Korea said.

My grandpa fought in the Korean War. I asked if he thought they were crazy enough to start a nuke war, he said oh yeah. Two things I took away from the NK war was the actual combat fighting continued longer than officially acknowledged and it's colder than you can imagine.

I believe it would be unwise for Congress to restrict the discretion of the Department to fund particular prosecutions, particularly in the midst of an historic drug epidemic and potentially long-term uptick in violent crime. The Department must be in a position to use all laws available to combat the transnational drug organizations and dangerous drug traffickers who threaten American lives.

I don't know why you say the left wouldn't do this. Obama deported more people than any president ever, by far. I would have liked for him to deport criminals though and not break up law-abiding families.
