McQueary (yes, that's his real name) heard the slapping sounds, saw Sandusky standing behind the boy in an anal sex position, and ran out. Sandusky didn't even realize he was there.

McQueary then ran and called Daddy, who instructed him to tell Joe Paterno. McQueary did nothing further, which I felt was pretty fucked up on his part, as Paterno wasn't law enforcement, and indeed the whole thing got covered up after that. Paterno also never went to law enforcement, but instead just handed it over to Schultz/Curley, who covered it up with the help of Spanier because they didn't want their precious college athletics program tainted.

lol. Of course I know all this. My post was a joke. Anyone short of a hermit knows this story inside and it. It was shoved down our throats for a couple years minimum.

Spanier sentenced today. The fucker gets off with 2 months in prison. The arrogant piece of shit deserved far more.

Tim Curlee and Gary Shultz, who pled guilty earlier, will also only spend 2-3 months in prison.

Proof once again that you can largely escape justice if you're rich and can afford good attorneys.

They had these guys dead-to-rights with various incriminating e-mails. While two of the three pled guilty, I'm not understanding how they only spend a few months in prison.

Dude, what planet have you been living on? These are upper middle class white guys with powerful friends among the boosters and government. It's a fucking miracle that they even got sentences that long.

Meanwhile, some poor black dude in Louisiana gets busted for selling $20 worth of weed -- actually, just for making the delivery for someone else for a $5 fee -- and gets sentenced to life in prison. Go fucking figure!
