Also just by googling the store address you'll likely find the franchisee who's probably easy to get a hold of. Much more +EV than dealing with a store or area manager who may give two shits but is just as likely an empty suit.
the thing is gift cards are of zero value to me (lol they at first asked if they could make the order over again for me). it will be a long time before i get that memory out of my head to even be able to eat arby's without gagging, that's just how i am
but then again, not at all worth suing them, and at the same time i feel i was wronged - that's why i am at a loss, don't know what to do
