It's very obvious these jokers thought putting Sessions in as Attorney General would ultimately block any investigation into the ties with Russia. They are going to fight tooth and nail to make sure he does not have to resign. What happens next is going to determine whether or not the full scope of what actually went down will be known or covered up.

Sessions has already proven to be a nightmare for this Administration and I really wonder if they knew what they were getting themselves into with him. They most likely did considering he's been a public figure for decades and is a well-known piece of shit, but I question a lot of the knowledge of the people that fed Trump information and also maybe didn't explain to him the full scope of what he was actually getting himself into with some of these cabinet picks.

I honestly don't think Trump is nearly as bad as a lot of people think he is, but the people he has surrounded himself with are worse than what most people think they are.

But Sessions didn't remotely answer the question he was asked. His apparently guilty conscience made him blurt out an unrelated denial. In tennis that's called an "unforced error".
