No idea why the dealer flipped up the first card and grabbed the second, but it's hard to believe that he knew which one to grab, and the reward to BetOnline for this shenanigan was minimal.
Basically, the risk/reward ratio for the site to do such a thing was WAY too high.
You can't compare this to the superuser thing on AP/UB, which was VERY lucrative. You also can't compare this to the Full Tilt money theft, which was even more lucrative.
