don't worry guys, plenty of awesome cards coming up. I mean, they just announced Artem Lobov v Cub Swanson as a main event for a Fight Night in a few months. try to contain your excitement as best you can.


I'm def looking forward to Holloway-Aldo in Rio, tho. Should be an awesome fight, maybe they'll even have it in one of the abandoned stadiums they have just sitting unused all over the place now.

womens featherweight looks like its going to be a real fucking hoot.

two points: Holms now needs to follow Rousey out the door.. her 15mins have no officially expired with 1-2 record in title fights and straight out ass kicking shes gotten. cyborg's situation is confusing to say the least. this division was literally made for her and she refused to sail its maiden voyage for like a year because she needed at least 90 days to cut. but of course, the entire time, shes talking out the side of her face at ronda who fights at 135 so yeah, gg.


as for holms, i personally believe she roided her cunt off for the rousey fight and then the door shut on whatever cycle she was working. shes been operating at 40% of what she brought to the table against ronda, roids are the literal only explanation that fits. ill say this much tho, she ran up on tate for like 27 straight minutes before she got caught, so you need to put an asterisk there if youre talking performance quality. but of course, based on what we've seen since, why bother?

tl;dr is there literally anyone in womens mma except nunes at this point? anyone at all?

I have a buddy who is close freinds with Matt. Goes without saying but he's devistated he can't make the fight. He's more scared because he knows the promotion can't be happy with him.

My friend and I were talking today about how fucked the UFC are in terms of talent. No good up and coming talent through any of the divisions.

Demetrious has overtaken his division.

HW division is a joke.

Jones fucked the LHW division and now that Cormier is titleholder, yawn.

Thank God GSP is back and will humiliate Bisping into retirement.


Add to that losing the likes of Rory and fighters cancelling fights, I don't know where they will be in 5 years or so from now. Old fighters are on the way out but even with TUF I can't see the excitement that once was.



One bright spot in terms of eye candy is in the featherweight division: Arnold Allen who is from Britain, last fought about a year ago.

The UFC also just cut the #13 and #14 ranked LHWs, one of whom is on a 4 fight win streak, all via stoppage. No idea what the fuck is going on in that org.
