In the interest of fair discourse, this SC nominee seems to be a reasonable selection for a GOP justice from everything I've seen. I'm in the Constitution as a living document camp, and find the strict constructionist argument a regressive ideal, but he's certainly qualified, and this is America, thus he has the right to believe the wisdom of 18th century founders superior to a more progressive and modern view of America.

He's certainly not an idiot. He's qualified and properly educated, which is unique among Trump selections to this point.
