I'm really shocked no one has put a bullet in this guy's head. Not for his Twitter antics, but for his general scumminess.

Most dying people won't kill a death profiteer like this guy because they have children, spouse, heirs, etc. But when you're trying to profit off a population that will often not have kids or a spouse, and young enough to be despondant at a looming premature demise, being so public and obnoxious strikes me as foolish. If you're a gay guy dying of AIDS, you can fade away or go out killing this guy and become a beloved icon/martyr. Many would applaud whomever puts a bullet in this guy's head. I think most would, at minimum, shed no tears.
